The new DTV LC HPA 1K-10K Transmitter of the Ecosun family is an advanced liquid-cooled technological platform able to deliver an RF DTV output signal up to 7kW (DVB-T/T2, ISDB-T/Tb) or 10kW(ISDBT) . The Digital Exciter modulator board is based on the latest technologies - an FPGA ( Field Programmable Gate Array ) and Direct Digital RF Up-Conversion. An extremely compact and efficient equipment - both transmitter and cooling system are enclosed in a 19" Rack Standard - with can be further optimized reducing power consumtion with the Dohery option.
The DTV LC HPA 1K-10K takes advantage of the most advanced LDMOS technology and provides the necessary modulation according to the chosen trasmission standard. The modulation process is fully digital for both Video and Audio to grant high performances and stability, and includes Linear and Non Linear pre-correction.
The system integrates an hydraulic cooling system running through the amplifiers and powered by a redundant water pump included in the rack, to preserve stable operating temperatures even in the harshest environmental conditions.
The DTV LC HPA 1K-10K is equipped with Audio, Video and ASI Inputs with seamless switch and with an internal GPS receiver ( 1pps and 10Mhz ) for the necessary synchronization. An intuitive Local Interface displayed on the LCD and controlled through a rotative KNOB allows real-time monitoring and configuration of the equipment parameters.
Remote operation and monitoring option available.
